La Factoria Tacos

I just happen to stop by this place and got a quesa birria tacos combo. Everything tasted great from the sauces to the drink. They pack it with great amount of meats. I was full after two tacos. They give you three. The blueberry lemonade I had is good too. The lady who took my order seem friendly. I recommend trying this place.

SUCH AMAZING TACOS! Jose and his team are superb! Homemade tortillas! The best pastor I’ve ever had! The spices are such amazing quality and their meat is to die for! A MUST GO TO taco truck! Especially since it’s inbetween Kellis and Foster Park. Beautiful views and excellent food!

Quesabirria Combo with Hibiscus Agua fresca was delicious. Red and Green salsas were solid. Cake of the day was Tres Leches, saw the lady delivering them to the truck and knew immediately it'd be good, was not wrong.

I’ve driven past this food truck for a few years now and always noticed a people coming and going, so I finally stopped to try it. It definitely lived up to the hype. The portions were generous and everything was delicious! We ordered the quesabirria tacos and the chile relleno burrito, and both were excellent. No photos this time, but it was an easy 10/10. Looking forward to coming back!

I had never had Birria Tacos (no I don't live under a rock) so on a whim I decided to search Google for some. This place came up and was highly rated so I said "why not?". So glad I chose to try them here. I got the QuesaBirria Combo which comes with 3 Birria Tacos, Consome` and a drink. I also wanted to try Agua Fresca and it comes with the combo so I got the hibiscus flavored one. The food was so good and flavorful and the drink refreshing (not too sweet which I loved). When I ordered, the guy told me it would be a bit of a wait but I don't think I waited a good 10 mins. Fast and friendly service. The price ($15) for the combo was also very reasonable. My neice got the chicken quesadilla and loved it. I have included a photo of that as well. I will definitely visit this food truck again.
