La Fiesta Bakery is top tier when it comes to pastries, and I’m honestly surprised it’s being slept on. Yes, it may be a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. In my opinion, this is the most delicious bread in Southern New Mexico—everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of that, Valerie, the young girl at the counter, is an absolute sweetheart. She takes real pride in her work, and it shows in the service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years and have consistently received exceptional service. The baker is not only skilled in his craft but also personable, always making an effort to engage with each customer. Whether I am purchasing treats for my family or colleagues, I can always rely on the quality of the products. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Old school baking artistry, truly. Their creations are hand-made. The smells & colors on display, beautiful. The young lady working in the morning gave a homeless man a bag of bread as he entered the store. An act of kindness.

This is the BEST place to get donuts in town. When I bring these into the office for coworkers, it's like a race to the donut box. So good, I will drive across town to get these on a weekend morning. They have a huge selection of donuts and other assorted baked goods.

We love Fiesta Bakery! It is absolutely delicious and the only bakery where we can get guava empanadas in Las Cruces.
