La Fiesta Carneceria 2

This place recently opened and we had a good experience. The waitress and other employees were super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and plentiful. They have a lot of options and the food in the carnicería looks fresh.

For being on the far west this is the best menudo and pozole you will get..they step up the game fresh meat tortillas all in one place..good thinking

CAROLINA'S HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. Two stars since I didn't buy anything from the bakery or carneceria. The burritos though? Ghastly. Burnt. Dry. And how?? Also greasy. That's not birria folks, that's grease. I ordered a California burro with beans and rice, pico and guac. What I got was tough, burnt, salty, overcooked beef that was also greasy. I paid for guac, supposed to get pico. Got neither one. I threw it away, It was not edible. It was awful I was a HUGE fan of Carolina's. La Fiesta was inedible, expensive, small, burnt, and dry. And. somehow? Greasy while being dry. Gross. The photos show the grease. They also show the absence of anything that resembles real potatoes, real rice, Pico or guac. Here's the receipt, too.

The times said they closed at 9pm….i went at 8:15pm and it was already closed…all I wanted was pan dulce…

The staff is very friendly besides this lady I don’t know if she is the owner but her name is Sophia I believe she’s the manager or owner, but she is rude to customers but not just that I got cheese that’s was expired like 2 weeks ago beware for expired stuff .
