La Finca Coffee

We drive 25 miles every Saturday morning to visit the La Finca Coffee pop-up. We love the vibe, drinks, and food. Their passion for great coffee is clear and it shows in everything they do. Their drinks highlight the coffee varietal, origin, and processing character of their roasts (including fruit-forward anaerobic options--think strawberry or cherry/red fruit notes). The pastries are great, featuring traditional flavors that complement their drinks so well (I really love their peperecha and coffee bun). Finally got to visit at their pop-up after following for a bit. There’s not many carts and shops that do specialty coffee well in the area, but they’re one of them. They care about coffee from how it’s sourced to how it’s brewed. Expect friendly people and great drinks. Hope to stop by for some pour over soon. This place has great coffee. I was lucky to find them at a local festival on a Saturday and then their regular location on a Sunday. They also have great pastries and tea. The hibiscus tea is delicious as well as the guava cheese empanada. They have a amazing customer service. If your thinking of trying them go for it, you won't be disappointed.

La Finca!!! a neighborhood coffee pop up that everyone needs to try! We visited La Finca for the first time last week and just had to come back again! The food, drinks, and overall atmosphere is worth the 30 minute drive! I appreciate how welcoming they are to everyone- new and returning customers. The matcha & vanilla latte was delicious! nice coffee pop up nested in a quiet neighborhood. Josue and the rest of the team provide excellent service and care deeply about the quality of their coffee and matcha. we enjoyed our vanilla iced latte and peach matcha. can’t wait to recommend to our friends, we will be back again!
