La Fonda Del Sol

I decided to try this place for the first time it’s just a little ole hole in the wall place but it is very good! Food is awesome, service is great, friendly staff. I can’t wait to bring the wife back and let her try it. I felt the price was very good! If you’re looking for some fancy restaurant, go elsewhere, but if you want great food, great service, and a reasonable price, stop in and have a bite. It’s a definite place to revisit in the near future for me.

My go to for Breakfast with my crew! Waitresses are fantastic. Food is warm and full of flavor. Extremely fair pricing.

Each time I visit Jacksonville I have to make a stop at La Fonda's. Their pancakes are amazing. Everything is cooked to order and comes to the table hot and delicious.

They have some of the best fried catfish we've ever had. We've eaten at LA Fonda Del Sol for about 8 years when we're in Jacksonville. Family owned, and we've never had a bad catfish plate. I would definitely recommend it. Don't be turned away by the atmosphere. The food is good at a very reasonable price

Don't sleep on La Fonda Del Sol in Jacksonville. It's a little off the beaten path but worth the detail. Authentic Northern Mexican food. Nice portions for the price. The food isade to order. The corn and flour tortillas are very tasty. The salsa is made fresh. The service is fast and friendly. Don't let the lack of attractive decor dissuade you from taking a seat. It will be worth your time.
