La Hacienda Street Food & Tequila

My husband and I tried to visit this restaurant about a year or two ago during Cinco de Mayo we walked in and it was standing room only so we decided to eat somewhere else. However this past weekend to celebrate Margarita day we decided to give this place a try and luckily we were able to get in and we were seated within seconds. We dined for about 35-40 minutes...as we were leaving this place started to pick up so we arrived about perhaps 7:00 p.m. I'm not quite sure but nevertheless the food was amazing. The chips were just okay I did like the salsa. Our meals my husband ordered the fajita tacos I believe three came with that and I ordered the classic quesadilla which included cheese and your choice of protein and I chose chicken. Our order came out within minutes everything was a 1

We ordered to go 3 Baja California grilled shrimp tacos and 3 Birria tacos with consome. The shrimp was well cooked, and the pieces of shrimp were big. The tacos shrimp I had at other restaurants is usually small. It was very tasty. The Birria tacos had great flavor, juicy, and very well served. Authentic Mexican food and reasonable prices. We will come back for more.

The staff here was very nice.they promptly seated our party, although the bench seat to our table was broken and we literally had to fix it ourselves in order to sit down, it was not a deal breaker .We received chips and dip right away along with our drinks. Two of our entrées did not come with the ingredients as listed on the menu. We inquired about the missing ingredients and was assured it was prepared correctly so we just accepted our fate..even though I feel i didn't receive what I ordered the food was still pretty good!

This has become our favorite Mexican restaurant. Food is amazing with HUGE portions. We didn't make a reservation so we had to wait 5 minutes. Service was fast, but the food was not out like you expect, too fast like most Mexican restaurants. It was still quick, but it was worth the slightly longer wait (still pretty fast). Our server was amazing. She kept our drinks full and when the salsa didn't taste like the first bowl (yes we had seconds) she brought us a fresh bowl and made us try it in front of her to make sure it was right. Be prepared to ask for a box. I ate my whole meal because I'm a man, but I'm paying for it! Not sorry, so good!

One of our favorite places. All of the Hacienda locations are fabulous. We either dine in or take out a few times a month. Authentic Mexican food with a great atmosphere. See you next week!
