La Ideal Bakery

We were on our way south and decided to stop @ La Ideal Bakery. If you want to eat authentic Mexican tacos with homemade tortillas then you need to try it! All the meats we tried were delicious & not too greasy at all! We definitely recommend this location to our family & friends!!!

This place is tucked away but surprisingly people know it’s really good because it was busy. People eating in and take out both full. I had the” caldo de res” (beef soup) and it tasted the closest as if I made it at home. A lot of people got their tacos. Definitely recommend

We have been coming for years and always been so happy with these tacos. They were nicely filled. Today and the last time I bought tacos they were so thin. We stopped going Bob's tacos for this very reason and now we will stop coming here. So disappointed!!

The food was amazing!! Everything was fresh and the desserts were delicious too.

Stopped into this busy little spot on my way to the gun show and I was pleasantly surprised I tried the menudo and a barbacoa taco and both items were delicious, the menudo could have been a little hotter temperature wise but the flavor was great. they make their own home-made tortillas both flour and corn. Get there early as the placed gets super packed and the seating is limited.
