La Llorona Cantina Mexicana

I cannot stress how this is by far one of the best restaurants in the city! The scallop and shrimp ceviche with mango, avocado salsa is the best I’ve ever had. The chicken tinga tacos are to die for along with the chorizo fondue, birria tacos and shrimp diabolio! And the margaritas are perfect, not cheaply made and decorated to perfection. This is my new favorite spot on the city and it’s in a great location. And to finish we had the Panna cotta, reminds me just of my dads because it’s truly one of the best I ever had out to eat. Truly exceptional and the staff is welcoming, attentive and friendly! We love you all thank you so much for an incredible evening! 🫶🏼

Went for Happy Hour based on previously read reviews. While it wasn't a bad experience, I didn't find it as good as presented. The service was 7/10 even though we sat at the bar. The initial drinks were so/so, but the second round was better. The food was good and well-cooked and prepared

This spot was really amazing!!! We had a really long day before coming here and the staff was unbelievably accommodating. The service was really fast, very friendly, lots of recommendations. The food came out very fast and was extremely fresh. I loved the corn tostada and the agua Chiles. The passion fruit margarita was excellent and had a tajin rim without asking which is just how I like it. I would 100% recommend this spot, the staff and the food make it really stand out. I will be back in the spring because the patio looks like it would be super cute to hang out on. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. If I could live inside of this restaurant as a tiny mouse in the wall and eat little crumbs on the floor all day, that’s exactly how I would carry out my days. La Llorona is a hidden gem (maybe not but it’s fun to say that) and everyone should have a meal here. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly accommodating and makes your dining experience worth it! We’ve celebrated many birthdays here and they’ve been wonderful each time.
