Came in today because I had a free pastry item in my rewards and tried out the Pain Au Chocolat which is really delicious! Absolutely taking that back to the office to enjoy with some Hot Cocoa but I bet it’s even better with the Parisien Hot Chocolate here! The staff were very friendly, and Sanai helped explain the menu, including their combos. She came out later to ask others and myself how their/my meal was and when asked to get something by another patron, she was quick and polite to get the requested item. The bread and jams they have are great. The bread was soft and strawberry Jam very flavorful. I got the half chicken Parisien sandwich, with pasta salad. I came here this morning while trying to find somewhere to get a sweet bite to eat. I have tried French items in the past so I was pretty curious. At first I thought they had a drive thru, but I think that would be impossible where the building is located. Regardless, I went inside and I was able to park in a quick spot in front of the location, to get a takeout item. Inside the building was well lit, not too bright but not too dark. There was an array of different breads and sweets, some inside a cold case, and the breads were spread out safely kept behind a clear glass. I chose a small lemon tart, and a creme brulee with caramel flavoring, as well as a large snickerdoodle cookie. It totaled a little over $10. This location is the best. They are always warm and welcoming here. Everyone smiles and is patient and polite. Sanai was extremely helpful and accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I always enjoy seeing her when I come.

I’ve been here a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, and the manager, Sanai, often walks around to check on guests, which I really appreciate as it makes it clear that she cares about the customers.

This was my first time here and MAN! The customer service was AMAZING. The menu was overwhelming me but Sanai was very patient with me and helped me figure out what to get. She was so kind and very knowledgeable in everything that's on the menu (you can really tell when someone genuinely likes their job). This was a great first experience and I will definitely be back.
