Hands down, best Venezuelan-style empanadas this side of the Mississippi. The dough is light, fluffy, and crisp, with just the right thickness. At the same time, they are stuffed to the brim with filling. I ordered one beef and one black beans with cheese. The cheese melded so well with the beans, it was too good. Glad this place is over an hour away, otherwise I would be here every Friday!

If you don't see any photos it is just because the food was so amazing that I just went for it. The empanadas are amazing. The best one is the shredded chicken with cheese. Empanadas are crispy and flavorful. The filling is just tasty and abundant. If you can, you should definitely visit

Empanadas are seemingly filled and fried to order. When I said I was wondering whether to choose the beef picadillo or bacon, the owner made me one with both. It was fantastic, and it came with an interesting and pungent white sauce (garlic?) and something resembling pico. Later we realized they also had Venezuelan style tamales, filled with what tasted like chicken soup with olives. It was moist, delicate and rather unique. They're newish, and basically just offer 2 things and do them really well. Go support them, they're a really nice family offering something different and delicious.

Food was absolutely amazing and tasted very fresh. Highly recommend
