La Michoacana Classic

I know to always check reviews before eat somewhere new. I went in for a bite to eat and bought a torrta sandwich and it was the worst I ever had sloppy with uncooked hotdogs ham and bread not toast I want my money back

I was very excited to come here and try their sweets but they look better than they taste. They are very filling and the portions are big. Not all fruit was fresh, some of them are soggy. Ice cream looks creamy but even the milk one has a watery taste. Not sure if it is like this at every location but i would not recommend this one at least.

Super big store! For an ice cream shop this location is huge and has a lot of space and a lot of options! They’ve got tons of ice cream flavors and smoothies and fruit stuff and savory foods and corn on the Cobb! Honestly I was really impressed with it! A little sad I only found this place at the end of summer but maybe it’s a good thing cuz then I would have left all my money there haha My husband and I got excited to find this place because of how spacious it was so we could bring a large crowd and all the options! Something to please everyone. The customer service was also really good. There was quite a few people there when we came in and the workers helped everyone. Super overpriced save your money and go to a different location do not waste your money here. got 2 SMALL items and a bag of chips for $30??? i gave it the benefit of the doubt and kept going thinking theyd lowered their prices by now but no. surprised they dont charge to walk in at this point, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOC!!!!

Not only did I find a hair in my food, but the way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Upon discovering the hair, I immediately took it to the attention of the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they started defending themselves and became rude and disrespectful. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation left me appalled and disheartened.
