La Michoacana Lab Downey

Based on the Esquites this Michoacana rates 4 stars. The corn is the right kind and they prepare it very well but they didn’t put lime juice in my esquites which isn’t very good. Maybe they forgot. Service is very good. Plenty of parking in the lot.

I absolutely love this place!! Before shooting the 360 Tour for them. My family and o would visit them at least 3 times a week. The owners are super nice and the staff is always friendly. I recommend this Michoacana over any in the area. The Elote’s are BOMB!!

I do not like how they don't always have crepe mix. Me personally I love crepes and this is the closest place to my house. I've been here 5 times and only got crepes 1 time. I think they need to start keeping crepe mix on hand.

All the food I ordered is delicious. They really put love and care into each food. The only thing is sometimes I’ll get mango raspado but mango ice cream will be delivered instead. Both still good.

Personally I think they should improve the quality of ingredients and items that they sell. The ice cream tasted cheap and their fresas con crema was not worth $7 when the granola tasted like cardboard. I think between this location and the one in South Gate, the South Gate location provides much more better flavors.
