La Michoacana

Went around 16:00-16:30 and the employees had a super nasty attitude for no reason. Very horrible customer service. I proceeded to ask for a tray of fruit I wanted mango , watermelon and pineapple. It was said that they don’t serve mango there. Then they said that there wasn’t any pineapple. After she saw that I got agitated she said if I was willing to wait to cut up the mango. Made me wonder if she was also lying about the mango as well and didn’t want to work.

Lady in there with a pound of makeup was rude and I asked for a lid on my ice cream she claimed she doesn’t have any… please explain if someone ordered for delivery how would they get it delivered…. Someone please tell her to humble her self she does not look as good as she thinks she does

I like coming here but idk the staff always have a great attitude with other customers but soon as it’s my turn to order it’s like hostile, it feels like I’m a burden trying to order. Idk it’s just not that welcoming for black people in my opinion

Just went in with my family of 4 like around 5:20pm. There was one employee sitting on her break or something and another prepping cutting fruits. The one prepping saw us but never acknowledged our presence or at least a simple “I will be right with you” would have been nice. She continued talking to her co worker as if we weren’t there so we just decided to walk out and go to the one on Alessandro since they didn’t want our business. Not the first we go there and they always seem to be bothered, but wanted to give them another try. Not going there again.

I went today for the first time to this location. Unfortunately it's a bit overpriced for the servings you get. I ordered some mangoneadas and for an xsmall got one single scoop of mango ice cream that didn't even fill the cup half way. What I did get was like a pound (exaggerating) of chamoy to fill the rest of the cup instead of a bit more ice cream. I also did purchase ice cream which the flavors were okay.
