La Michoacana - Phoenix

Stopped here when I had to wait for my appointment to arrive. We were pleasantly surprised with a variety of delicious ice cream to choose from as well savory food and snacks. I seriously wanted to try one of everything! The sales associate was so kind and very hospitable. He had a lovely spirit and was so polite. My children ordered 2 scoops of ice cream desserts and it was da bomb!!! It was also nice because we were actually able to dine in and not forced to eat in our car!!! Thank you La Michoacana!!!!

Went there for two fresas con crema and they charged me almost 25 dollars., i didnt enjoy them after that lol

I had a truly disappointing experience with customer service during my visit today. The staff member on duty seemed completely unprepared for her role. After waiting for five long minutes, she finally emerged from the back, but overlooked my presence entirely. I received not a single word of acknowledgment—no “hello” or even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” This felt incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing position. I walked out feeling very disappointed. It’s clear that she could benefit from additional training on how to interact with customers appropriately. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I have been to various Michoacanas all over the US and Mexico and hands down this is the best one I have ever been too! The ladies there are also so nice! It is very delicious!! Update: 3 years later and I recently traveled to AZ and the first thing I did was go to La Michoacana! It’s still delicious!

Horrible experience first of all the lady in the cashier is probably a rasict when I walk in waiting in land their was like few other when it comes my turn she looks so scared like she saw a horror movie just because someone wears a hoodie doesn't means their horrible or scary she just look at me with a fear just horrible and the ice cream please I throw it away when I first taste if my stomach hurts too a wastes of money not even. Trying to be a karen it's true I never coming back and glad I won't
