La michoacana Plus Redding,CA

I’m from the Bay Area and grew up with the corn man, so I know a good elote when I see one — and wow, this place blew me away. I ordered the Elote with Hot Cheetos and an açaí bowl, and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were on point, fresh, and super satisfying. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. The staff was so friendly and welcoming — they even let us taste the ice cream (which was amazing, by the way). It honestly felt like home. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m just bummed I didn’t find this place sooner since I’ve been living out here for two years! Hands down, one of the best food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend checking this spot out — you won’t regret it!

They are under new ownership and let me tell you, we just had hands down the most wonderful experience. I have never had better customer service. I had a wild toddler and they were so fantastic to us. The food was amazing! We will be coming back! ❤️

I stopped by La Michoacana in Redding and tried their Hot Cheetos corn in a cup—and honestly, I was a little iffy at first. I wasn’t sure it would have that authentic street corn flavor I love… but it was actually really good! Creamy, cheesy, spicy, and just the right amount of crunch from the Hot Cheetos. Super satisfying and flavorful without being too heavy. Definitely a fun twist on a classic! Will be back to try more. Bonus: I took a pic—had to capture the moment.
