La Morenita Mexican Restaurant & Seafood

First time here and I was so happy with everything! The waiter was attentive and made us feel at home. I ordered the huevos con chorizo with flour tortillas and my friend ordered the chilaquiles with steak. Amazing! We finished everything on our plates. I would definitely come back and try more of their plates. Their caldos really caught my attention. Overall, 10/10.

My 2 kids were craving a quesadila, i looked up reviews this spot popped up with good reviews. I walked in i didnt see any menus on the walls or tv that was playng a tv show. So asked if they make quesadillas and I was greated by Rachel, she said yes. I said, great my two kids are craving quesadilla's she said okay, i said may i order 2 they both totaled $26.08, I was shocked by price. I asked is that a large 2 tortilla quesadila and she said yes. I was like so not a half a quesadilla she said no its the full quesadilla. so i payed for my order. After curiousity i looked at the menu, i see a quesadilla with fries and drink , for $10.25. So i brought this up to rachel and she said well u didnt ask for this deal,I think this very sad this she couldn't mention this to me about this deal

Food was absolutely magnificent. The service was ok. Only one gal doing everything. She needs help big time. As insaid b4 the food was so awesome. I know things are hard right now. And everyone is crunching payroll and numbers after the Christmas season. Everyone else needs to eat. Have a heart and give your waitress what she needs. She is overworked and alone. I appreciated how hard she tried. And the food was awesome! But she needs help. Not right she is alone with a dining room and a drive thru. She rocks it all! She needs a raise.

Food was fair. Service was horrible. We were a group of 7 and the only people in there except for 1 other small group. The server was asked repeatedly for water, napkins and more salsa but it was totally ignored. One ordered a margarita and after waiting a half hour we again repeated the request and she finally brought it. We asked for mugs for our beer and when they finally came they were Hot like they had just come out of the dishwasher. The fajitas were not very hot and other dishes were mediocre at best. I would never go back to this place again!

One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. They have everything, every style of Mexican food you can think of , and they do it well across the board . My aunt use to own the restaurant when it was Las Bonita's, I think she would be pleased with how it's being run today. The quality is still there. The waitresses and cooks know what they are doing, they truly care about their customers , and will remember your face. It feels like family, tastes like home , I love this place , God grant you many years.
