La Norteña Tamale Factory

Ordered menudo and it was good. It was a little bit more liquidy than I like and not as spicy as I prefer however those are personal preference. The pansa and hominy were cooked to perfection. It has a great taste. I would definitely recommend and will buy again

I’ll have to say, the attendant was beyond beautiful & kind….i sampled one before I decided to make my 2 dozen purchase. I thought they tasted similar to the ones I have purchased in the past from the saucedo tamale factory. So where I wasn’t completely sold, I had already made the drive & no one else had any (that I had called) I should’ve gone with my gut instinct & just bought them at Rosa’s cafe (& theirs aren’t that great either). I was looking for those authentic tamales, like the ones you get at Garibaldys across the coliseum (they were closed) Needless to say, I need to start making my own so I’m not getting constantly disappointed with taste & quality. I’ll be calling for a refund & im hoping they are as kind as they were when I handed over my card to pay $41.60 Rhe one I sampled

The quality of their tamales, no matter which ones you try are nasty. Dry, scimpy on the inside and too much masa !! La Nortena has become the least favorite place of mine to eat. The cost is too high for scimpy insides. You are better off buying privately made food . Made better and better quality. Worth the price.

The Ladies were very nice and professional.Service was pretty quick. Didn’t have to wait when I ordered some tamales for my husband for dinner. They were a lifesaver. He really liked them, the tamales 🫔. Thank you 😊

Service is always good. And food is always good also. Tamales and menudo and breakfast burritos. And varieties of other choices also.
