If you’re craving authentic Dominican flavors with a comforting, elevated touch, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I tried their mofongo de chicharrón y queso frito con salsa al ajillo, and honestly… it did not disappoint — it was definitely la pampara, and they really live up to the name. They have a bunch of sauces you can pair with the mofongos, but the al ajillo was the perfect choice — buttery, garlicky, and full of flavor without overpowering the dish. The mofongo itself was moist and well seasoned, not dry at all — you could tell it was made fresh to order. WOW WOW WOW! That’s all I can say after enjoying this meal! The mofongo mixto from La Pampara is all you need when you want a taste of DR and not know be subject to picking one meat! I am Cuban and this mofongo brought me back to Havana it’s so delicious a must try can’t wait to go back.

First time here and the experience is awesome, the food was great the customer service is super great and the place is beautiful I came with my wife and kids and we all loved the food we will be coming back I highly recommend it.

I passed by to try this new okace out i have been hearing alot of good things about this restaurant and wow it was better than what i expected i had a longaniza mofongo and words cant explain the explotion of flavors a must try.

The food was delicious! I’ve eaten at other Dominican restaurants where you can taste too much seasoning but here, it was perfect their mofongo mixto!
