The kind and pretty lady at the window was so helpful and nice! It was my first time there and she put me on game with the popular orders. I took her recommendation. Their setup is super clean both cleanliness wise and aesthetically. Good presentation. The illuminated menu is totally awesome, too. You can tell this operation is run with care and pride! I got the steak burrito. It was amazing! 1.5 lb of goodness. If you have a big appetite like me, get the burrito! Happy customer - will return!

First time ever visiting in the area and I have to say this is A MUST HAVE in Midland, Texas. Randomly found this place while searching for birria while in Midland. OMG 😱!!!!!! The service is amazing super friendly staff, food truck is appealing and the food is finger licking gooooooooood! Unfortunately they were out of chicken by the time I ordered, but I can only imagine it must be fire 🔥 It’s a veteran owned business- support all troops! The pictures don’t do the food justice just go try it. I almost forgot to mention, you’ll have to call them because they’re parked in different spots.

I was visiting Midland and I stumbled upon this magical taco truck. I’m a sucker for a good food truck and La Patron did not disappoint!!! I got the Birria plate to share with my friends. It was delicious!!! I would definitely go back. If you’re in the area you need to stop at La Patron!!!

Let me just sum it up in one word. INCREDIBLE. I just ordered the Queso Birria tacos and I am really really blown away. I have not had Mexican food this good in the area. Beans are 10/10 taste like my moms. Rice 👌🏼 and the birria with consume is just perfect! The salsas actually have flavor and spice not like every other Mexican restaurant and food truck in the area. I definitely recommend this place and the bonus, the owners are super friendly.
