Staff is short tempered/condescenfing every time I order from here… like they hate working there lol The food is consistently good, but the cake decorating is very inconsistent. This is what I requested and what I got… but the message was there and I had no time to debate about the quality 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was also re-made because they didn’t follow what I requested at first. Though, I have had a beautiful cake from here before so I guess it depends who is working… if you want consistency and good customer service, then go somewhere else. Otherwise, good place for something tasty and last minute!

Terrible! Horrendous service and poor quality food. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had called early on and placed an order for a tres leche cake with whip cream, strawberries & peaches, thin layer of dulce de leche with almonds on the side along with it saying happy birthday mom on the cake. The lady had repeated my order exactly as what I said and told me it would cost around $50 or so because of the additions, no problem. I live in Long Island and told the lady taking my order that I would like to pick it up early because I live 2 hours away which she was accommodating and said okay to 9AM. On February 11, when I went to pick up the cake it did not have the writing on top and the nuts were very scarce. I had asked the young lady to please put more nuts since there was bare
