La Pizza de Alberto

For me, this is the standard for Cuban pizza in the area. If you aren't familiar with Cuban pizza, it is thick, doughy, cheesy and heavyyyyy.... but soooooooo delicious. Love this place, will return and would certainly recommend 🔥🔥🔥 Every topping I have tried is good, but there is something magical about the cheese pizza 🤷‍♂️

This place is sooo good. Buttery, cheesy goodness. Price is as low as it gets. Chorizo pizza was smoky with a kick. Double cheese was creamy and buttery. So good! You will be thinking about it long time after a visit.

La Pizza de Alberto is perfection. The work and love he puts on his business is unmatched. The trip to Homestead is worth the time since you will experience a perfect dough, fresh ingredients, and the best customer experience. I completely recommend this Cuban pizza if you really want to have the best experience 🍕

Amazing cuban pizza!!! Rated by my wife which is a Cuban, she gave 5 stars and mentioned is very similar to the authentic Cuban Pizza. La pizza de Alberto is a Food Truck and has a few tables outside. Unfortunately, the day we visited it was rainy and since we came driving from Miami all the way to Homestead, we ate it at the car. Prices varies, but a personal pizza is $8 (12/29/2024). They didn’t ask for a tip (which in Miami now they do even at Starbucks). For me not being cuban, I liked the pizza but it has a lot of bread. Also, it is normally eaten as a Taco which it is weird. I wonder if in the future I can have it in slices. Totally recommended!
