Customer Reviews
We are visiting for the TFF and staying in the plaza. We arrived for dinner on Sunday (8/31) around 6:15 and seated immediately. While it seemed rushed at first we understood there was only staff seating and serving. We had a light Oder of a pizza and antipasti…both of which were very good. Yes, there were minor faux pas but overall the staff did a really good job. I understand quality staff is hard to find…. But the few moving and grooving tonight did a GREAT job and the food was great and we had a wonderful experience…and I hope the managers see this and commend the staff this evening.
Not a single positive thing to say about this dining experience. Service was really poor. Food was delivered, you’re now on your own… good luck! And all the food was delivered at once.. bread service and entree. What the waitress was thinking… “Here you go… we couldn’t care less! We won’t be back to check in on you either so if there’s something you need you better tell me now.” I ordered pasta… specifically Rigotoni Bolognese. Pasta was pre cooked and was just reheated when ordered. It was not hot. It was not al dente. It was somewhere between dried and al dente. Not a place I like my past to be when served. Meat sauce was just ok. They charged $43 claiming it contains some black angus BS. Any pizza joint in NY can make better Rigatoni Bolognese for $16 including salad and bread. If the f
This place is severely overpriced even for Telluride. The food is awful and I'm ashamed to say we gave it two chances hoping we caught them on a bad night. Vegetables looked exactly like you'd get from a frozen bag of Bird's Eye, food tasted as if it was all cooked in the microwave. Sauces all tasted very bland and also as if it came from a can. Literally nothing appealing. Service was good, I feel sorry for the wait staff. And once again the prices are outrageous for what you get. Can't believe they stay in business.
"Margarita" pizza didn't have fresh basil tomato or mozzarella, it was just a cheese pizza for $22. The free bread they brought out was cold like it was frozen and then only partially thawed out. Soup looks and tastes like the world's okayest soup from a can. Service was good, but we won't be back.
We got takeout from here, they said it would be done in 10 mins, and our walk home was only 3 mins and the food was like cold cold and needed reheated when we got to the house 🥲 kinda gave me the ick that we arrived on time and the food was very cold by the time we got home. Felt premade and like it was sitting around for awhile. Once reheated it was tasty, I liked the Foccacia and Vegetarian Pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas and they were good but not really anything interesting considering it was $30 each for a small cold pizza. Makes sense that all the other restaurants in the village had customers but this place was empty.
