I love coming to this butcher shop. Every other weekend I come here to either get some cárdenas asada, pollo asada, carnitas, or barbacoa. Their chicharrón is always crispy. The customer service is great. It’s become one of my go to spot for fresh meat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality meat.

I can’t say enough good things about this butcher shop! The quality and freshness of their meats are top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. On weekends, they offer carnitas and barbacoa always perfectly cooked and flavorful. It’s become our go-to spot for fresh cuts and a tasty weekend food. This is a new business that opened mid-October 2020. There is a modest selection of Mexican-style seasoned meats and shrimp. On weekends they offer cooked meats, such as carnitas. (They recommend calling ahead to be sure they have it in stock.) Their supplier is supposed to be local, and processors their fresh each week. What they lack in size and selection, they more than make up for with their staff. Thalia spent about 30 minutes answering my questions regarding what they offer and from where is it sourced. Knowledgeable + friendly = Four Star 🌟 rating.
