La Rancherita Mexican Restaurant - Apex

La Rancherita is such a vibe 🌮 A lovely Mexican spot in downtown Apex with really good food. We tried the ACP and chicken chimichangas and both were amazing. The spicy tamarind margarita was tangy and spicy but totally manageable 😄 The ambience and service were great. We had to wait about 20 minutes since it was a Friday evening but it was completely worth it. Loved it and would definitely eat here again 🍹💃

Flavorful food, affordable prices, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere! One of my favorites in the area. We love anything with the grilled chicken. They went all out with the holiday decorations and it looks amazing. Great place!

Located in downtown Apex in a lively area. Parking may be limited at busy times. Food is fresh and tasty. Service is good.

Great presentation of a menu somewhere between authentic Mexican and TexMex. And that’s not a bad thing. The servers were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. Intimate restaurant definitely worth trying.

I went here with a party of more than seven people to celebrate a friend's birthday, and while I've heard great things about the food, I don't think it compares well to other Mexican restaurants in the nearby. The taste of the range of dishes we ordered was passable. You won't be able to park your car on the street because it's in the heart of the city, but you may park ten blocks away in the designated parking lots. All in all, my recommendation is to visit this restaurant only if you want to take in the lovely scenery outdoors and super hungry!
