La Salsita Restaurant

Found this gem and have to share it with everyone! If you are on a road trip, if you live in the area, if you live far but want good food, do not miss La Salsita. Since everything in this town closes at 9:00, I decided to try this place out. I ordered a torta and Gordita, but they were out of gorditas so I grabbed 3 mini tacos. The meats are all prepared ahead and you can see them in the steam tray. Enjoyed everything, but the asada on the torta didn’t have a lot of flavor. Mini tacos were really good and the green salsa hit just right. Felt it was a good meal for the price I paid.

This place used to be good but Im not paying to eat at a dirty establishment that served me burnt tacos al pastor that hurt my mouth to eat. The tortillas and meat where severely over cooked and too burnt for my taste. If they took pride in cleaning up the place it may be decent. Hard pass way too many other Mexican food places to go spend my hard earned money.

BEST BURRITOS EVERY! Also HUGE! I always have to cut it in half and can only eat a half. Then later that night or the next day I finish it. Plenty of options for what you want, burrito, nachos, etc. I've heard the nachos are amazing also i haven't tried them yet. They are open 24 hours!

Food was hot but bland and unseasoned. I asked for rice towards the end of the line only to get home to find a literal half scoop even though I was charged a full serving. Would not recommend
