Ordered dozen pupusas for myself and coworkers one day before pick up date and spoke with ‘Cristian’. We confirmed order, total cost and time of pick up. Upon arrival I am told that they were not made because they called me several times…??? WHY? They lied and told me that they told me they would call me same day to confirm… again why??? But this was UNTRUE. I asked to speak to “Cristian” but she refused. When I asked the lady why she didn’t leave a message from the “several” calls she made,( while I’m at work) she admitted, “Ok That was my mistake”. I had to wait additional time past the requested time (wasting my lunch break time) Then she charges my card ( no discount despite their mistakes, lies and delays). The pupusas are delicious. Taste authentic and fresh. Need more improvements when it comes to the service. It feels like you are not welcome here at all. I suggest to order ahead and take out.

Got vegan style pupusas with beans, jalapeño, onion & zucchini. They were good, nice size & made well but the beans, curtido & salsa could use more flavor.

Food is SO SO GOOD!! Yes, it's true the service could be better... but again, FOOD IS FIRE 🔥 😋 Call ahead if you prefer but the restaurant is clean, spacious and did I mention, the food IS that good!!! You're welcome.
