La Souq

Liked this coffee place which has some regular coffee but with good coffee art , apart from this some authentic middle eastern coffee and tea. We tried their Turkish coffee pot which was good for 2 people. Got some cheese cake with fig jam that too was good not some sweet and fig jam adding the required sweetness.

I think this place has become my new favorite coffee shop! The atmosphere is so peaceful, decor is simple and classy (iconic pottery wall!), and the service could not be better. We tried their Halwa latte hot...my taste buds were in heaven. Bittersweet, nutty, and overall so unique in its flavor profile. The fig cinnamon latte was also fantastic. AND their gourmet toasts!!! We got Greek zest and Labne al Lebanese, the perfectttt savory breakfast or snack. I definitely want to try Barakah Bites next for a sweet version! Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. 1000/10

Love La Souq! Such a wonderful new addition to downtown Richardson district. Perfect spot for a morning coffee or date night with delicious desserts. The food and coffees are delicious. We love the Alaskan Toast and Zeit Latte with thyme. We love all the baristas but Monika is our favorite. She is so helpful and always remembers our order and our name. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and welcoming space for community to gather.

A very elegant café with a beautiful and calm atmosphere. The colors are soothing to the eye, and the scent is absolutely amazing from the moment you walk in. The welcome and service were excellent, and the barista prepared the coffee in a very professional way. The variety of desserts is outstanding. I wish I could give unlimited stars, and I truly hope to see many more branches in the future.

This cafe is beautiful. The moment you walk inside, the design stands out. Talking with the owner, Hira, you can truly see how much effort and passion goes into La Souq. She puts so much thought into every single thing like the thousand year old olive jars that she flies in from Turkey, the retail wall with products from farmers she actually knows and ensures get paid fairly, and the unique housemade syrups like fig and rose. I've been looking for an authentic, local cafe in Dallas and this place is perfect. Definitely go try out their unique varieties and support Hira!
