La Tinajita Pizzeria Cubana

I recently visited La Tinajita in North Bergen and had a great experience. This place offers a unique take on Cuban-style pizza with plenty of options to choose from. We tried several pizzas, including lobster, tuna, and pepperoni, all well-made with generous cheese and a nicely toasted crust. The Cuban-style ham spaghetti with Vitanova sauce was also very flavorful and brought a nostalgic touch to the meal. The cheese cream was excellent, and for dessert we had flan and Cuban torreja, both traditional and delicious. They also offer fresh batidos (smoothies) and Cuban products available for purchase, which is a nice extra. I have to say, haven't been here since I graduated highschool 2010. Yesterday was my 2nd time back and Wow! Amazing 👏 ordered regular cheese pizza, and a chicken pizza. Both were amazing, but the chicken was 10000/10000000! Love it Great business for hudson county 👏

I ordered the personal pie with chorizo. This is the second time ordering here and the pizza is delicious. I also got the cream soup. Which is a delicious cheese with more cheese on top and a drop of tomato sauce. It was a nice treat. I definitely would recommend this Cuban style pizza, stop by and enjoy.

I tried this style of pizza about 18 years ago in Florida. A friend of mine introduced me to it, I felt like challenging the establishment and ordered a shrimp pizza. My friend ordered a Hawaiin, they were both delicious and I never forgot. The “Mixta Pie” I ordered here was super delicious and will almost always get this when I eat here. The Hawaiin was also very good, and the croquetas were very crispy and delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu

I’m going to give it five stars for the nostalgia factor since I’ve eaten here since I was a kid, however, the quality seems to have gone a bit south over the years. Still good pizza
