The food here gets 4-5 stars (depending on what you order, and that you actually get that). Customer service is okay in person, but not so on the phone. There seems to be an insufficient number of people working there, so the lady who answers is very brusk on the phone - which forces you to just place orders in person. When you're there, its a whole new experience. They seem to have a dedicated clientele, so the wait is always long. The physical location gets three stars. It's apparent that they're trying to make a nice place out of it, but minor details are their ruin. The lighting is flimsy. The menu is amateurish - a plain, no-frills printout from a basic home printer -- very likely created by the owner's child. (I understand the necessity of keeping costs down, but if you're just pr
I’m Guyanese, but I absolutely adore food and culture. I love the language, the food, and after every restaurant I visit, I’m always treated poorly when I inquire about the cuisine. So, when I read great reviews about this restaurant, I was a bit hesitant to go in. I was afraid i might insult me because I don’t speak the language. But to my surprise, she greeted me warmly and asked, “Hello, baby! How can I help you?” behind her it’s a portrait of her loving husband. That has passed away. I was instantly captivated and didn’t even taste the food. The kindness she showed me made me realize that this place is a haven where food is made with love. Even though I don’t speak the language, she always greets me with warmth and affection, calling me “hello, baby.” I visit this restaurant on my s

This is one of my go to Haitian restaurants. They always have everything that’s on their menu. The food is consistently good. Im so happy that the owner kept the restaurant open despite her husband passing during covid. Wish they would get on uber eats/apps.
Great food, the quality of your meal is great and good portions. Their pricing is reasonable. you must call ahead of time or you will be waiting for a while that might be really aggravating of your hungry. The customer service could be a whole lot better. Parking at this restaurant is highly Limited yet another reason you should call ahead. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.
