Well, I had heard good things about this business seeing that they’ve assisted friends and family with their taxes. I call to ask questions about needing help with fixing my taxes, and the woman who answered the phone decided to make an offensive and rude joke about my situation. She then mocked me for asking if she thought that was appropriate, and laughed at me. As someone who feels overwhelmed and in need of help, I immediately knew this was not the place I’d ever do business or recommend to anyone. To the woman who was so rude to me, I hope this a learning lesson for you that making unprofessional jokes at the expense of another customer feelings, is exactly the reason people won’t do business with you all. I was hoping to find a helpful resource and instead was treated like dirt.
