Quite literally a hidden gem in Ladue! My husband and I each did three tacos ($4 each taco), the chips & guac and the unlimited margaritas ($25 per person). Between the two of us, we tried the al pastor, shrimp, mahi-mahi, chorizo, barbacoa and carne asada tacos. Our favorites were the shrimp, mahi-mahi and chorizo! Although it is a takeout only restaurant, they have about 10 tables of outdoor seating available. Highly recommend coming early & getting a table so you can enjoy the all you can drink margarita option to its fullest!
Really great food with generous portions! Food was fresh with great flavors. I loved the selection of margaritas! The staff was super friendly. Food orders are take-out only. There is outdoor patio seating. Parking is available in front and behind the building. Initially, we were confused by the restaurant's location. Our GPS said we "had arrived." Apparently, Ladue Taco was previously located in the same building with the signage still present on the old location's store front. A frequent "Ladue Taco" customer noticed us standing in front of the old location and directed us to the opposite side of the building. Ladue Taco is located in a walkway between Stuckenschneider Decoration & Design and Companion Bakery & Cafe. It was a delicious, quality meal, and reasonably priced. We will re
Ladue Taco is a fantastic spot for a quick and delicious meal! Their portions are just the right size and won't leave you feeling stuffed or hungry. The prices are reasonable, making it an affordable option for a casual lunch or dinner. Parking is a breeze, which is always a plus. The food comes out fast, so you won't be left waiting long for your meal. While the patio is nice for dining outside when the weather permits. Overall, Ladue Taco provides a convenient and satisfying experience for anyone craving tasty tacos and Mexican cuisine!
I really wanted to like the food here but it was really disappointing. The nachos had no cheese on them at all—they had a bunch of unseasoned and flavorless ground beef, a little pico and guac. It was not good and either were the tacos, there’s no flavor-no seasoning on the chicken or beef tacos. They also gave me the wrong sides. I tried calling several times to ask for a refund for the incorrect items and the nachos with no cheese but they do not answer their phone. Save your $100 (for 6 gross tacos, nachos, 3 of the wrong sides and a Coke).
I tried the steak burrito and carne asada fries. Both were good but the burrito was better. The food came out extremely fast. They offered us free samples of frozen margs and the mango and strawberry flavors were so good. It’s only to go orders unless you want to sit outside. Luckily it was nice weather so the outdoor seating was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
