The custom message inside is also very cute and a nice personal touch. Unfortunately, the cookie itself is nearly inedible. It is extremely hard — not light and crispy like a traditional fortune cookie. While I understand that this is a giant version and will naturally be thicker, it should still be enjoyable to eat. Instead, it feels like my teeth are going to break trying to bite into it. What makes this even more disappointing is knowing this was a gift. I feel bad that the gift giver spent so much money on something that looks great but is not pleasant to eat. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, especially given the price and

Worked with Miki and their team to get a custom cake order for a project, and not only did they deliver the most beautiful cakes I have seen, but they created an entire recipe within a week! The entire team is so dedicated to providing the utmost beautiful cakes and truly caring staff. They will ensure every single order you receive is perfect, no matter what the event, or size of the order. I am truly so grateful for their team, and appreciate all efforts made by their staff. This is also with their entire staff being absolutely SLAMMED for the holidays. I was truly impressed by how accommodating they were. I needed just two small cookies with custom messages as a last-minute gift, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The order was ready the same day and turned out even better than I had hoped. Every other place I contacted had a minimum order of at least 100 cookies, plus a hefty printing fee. Their professionalism and wide variety of options stood out to me. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and they are more than willing to work with you to ensure your order is exactly what you envision. I will definitely be ordering again, this time through my corporate account for our gift bags. The cookies taste fantastic and come in all sizes. I've already started recommending them to all my friends and family!

I placed a last minute order for chocolate covered Oreos for an event I had in the spring, and without hesitation the owner, Daria, said, " I can absolutely do this for you." I needed 100 cookies, and withing literally 4 days, her turn around impressed me. Little did I know she was going to go above and beyond to have it that quick. I went to pick it us at the factory and her staff was welcoming and friendly. It is not a traditional store front, but mostly works as a place of business to make and sell the cookies. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly. Make an account online and they are so organized and responsive. You can make small gifts and also bigger personalized gifts. Michael and everyone is so friendly. We ordered a gift for our preceptors and it came out so well. This is the medium sized but they also have a larger sizes. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Also pretty affordable.
