If you want amazing customer service, I highly recommend this company. Ashley in the office was very kind, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The driver, Brandon, kept me updated about my delivery status and arrived exactly when promised. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
I ordered a new Washer from Whirlpool, and Ashley from Lake contacted me immediately to provide updates on my delivery. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed. The driver, Jeremiah, arrived right on time and kept me informed every step of the way. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this team for their excellent service!
The unloading was very slow and the staff were rude.
