Lakeport Market

Pretty good value considering it's a small town and they can mark up like crazy. No expired goods and the place seems clean and has a decent selection.

I generally prefer to shop at and support smaller locally owned businesses. However, I stopped in here to pick up a couple of cases of pop but realized after it was wrung up that the price didn’t total to what was marked. I asked and was told the bottle/can deposit was added on top of the price. I understand and expect to pay a little more at a small business but hidden charges drive me nuts. Be honest and transparent about pricing. This was a bridge too far.

Perfect local store that has awesome hours during holidays and huge selection of that forgotten item. Lou is the best

I will never go back to this market. The older lady behind the counter was rude as rude can be. A couple in front of us used an ebt card, and the lady got even ruder. She even wrinkled up her nose and gave a dirty look. Very very sad. I asked for a price on a little bottle of liquor and she was so disgusted it about killed her to look up the price.

Good for quick shopping. Nice folks.
