Lakeville Public Library

Such a great library! We attend story hour whenever we can and my toddler loves it, he never wants to leave.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now—many months overdue—but being back in the Lakeville Library today reminded me just how special this place is. The team here goes above and beyond in supporting not only readers and researchers, but also those of us working on community-based creative and mental health initiatives. Earlier this year, I was coordinating an expressive arts project focused on mental health, and the librarians were incredibly supportive in helping me access resources. Their kindness and enthusiasm made a real difference in bringing that project to life, and it had a tangible, positive impact on the people I worked with. This is my favorite library in the area! It is so calm and relaxing here, with friendly staff, cool art events, and any book that you can think of. My favorite thing to be a part of is the annual Book Art and Bloom event. Highly recommend checking out this gem!

This is a nice library with a helpful and friendly staff. The in-house selection isn't expansive, but they are a part of the SAILS network which incorporates many other libraries. We've been able to find what we've wanted via the online catalog.
