Laredo Restaurant

This cozy, family-owned Mexican restaurant immediately felt warm and welcoming. I decided to make a random stop for lunch and asked for recommendations, ordering the chicken enchiladas, one taco, and menudo. It's honestly hard to put into words just how good the food was. Everything tasted authentic, comforting, and clearly made with care. The flavors were rich without being heavy, and each dish felt thoughtfully prepared. I haven't stopped thinking about this place since my visit, it's one of those spots that sticks with you. Sometimes the best meals come from random stops, and this was definitely one of them. I will absolutely come back again, this place is a hidden gem.

Found this little place out here that has caldo de res. That is a traditionnal Mexican plate. If I doesn't have this plate it's not authentic Mexican food. The caldo was delicious and the salsa was great nice and spicy. The only bad thing was it was hot in that place but they have a cool little store in there too. Definitely will be back. Amazing food from a small hole in the wall family owned restaurant. They make their own tamales, tortillas & chips. Absolutely devoured my 2 plates. Can't wait to come back.

I absolutely love this place! Great food, friendly service and typically no wait. My favorite dish is their Barbacoa!
