Largo Public Library

I took my toddler to the Largo Library today and we had a great time! They have a ton of fun toys, puzzles, games, books, and more. Their children’s wing is far enough from the adult section that I didn’t have to worry if we were being too loud. This library also has a cafe and a book store. They have a ton of great events and resources listed on their website. Largo Central Park is across the street and has a fabulous playground. 🎉🎉

Beautiful and modern. A very nice library that sits within a nice park and playground. A great place to take the kids and spark a joy for reading and books in general. They are just finishing the work on a cafe near the entrance so getting a snack during your day out should be available soon.

Just a beautiful place to visit ! Lovely bookstore with lots of items to chose from. They hold many events that help the community and we all appreciate it. Such an easy process to get a card as well.

This is a wonderful library and now the only place I am famous because I went in as Benjamin Franklin for fun. I will try to attach that video. Benjamin Franklin opened this country’s first lending library so a good shout out to him for doing that. Years ago I had a teenage daughter I would drop off in the summer so she had something to do. They have a little cafe so she could have lunch if she wanted to. Everyone I have spoken to there has been kind and helpful. Even better, it is my understanding that they no longer charge overdue fees for the books.
