Absolutely Unacceptable & Misleading Billing Last night my wife, my son, and I dined at Las Colinas Lithonia, and what should have ended on a positive note turned into a complete mess. We enjoyed our meal and even paid for another table’s bill to pay it forward. Unfortunately, that goodwill was quickly overshadowed by how we were treated at the end. We ordered three fried ice creams to go. The waitress returned with only one. When I politely told her we ordered three and asked her to put in the remaining two, she immediately caught an attitude. Then came the billing issues. The first check showed a total of $119, which she took back to add the other two desserts. This food was so mediocre not authentic at all. The only thing authentic about this restaurant was the waitress not speaking English. The drinks was great that would be the only reason for me to come back. The steak was cut so small the taste was not even there. The shrimp were ok. I've had better food at Don Tello and that's a chain. We won't be back. We ordered wing and it's taking 30 mins to get them Dam the second drink wasn't it either. WHY????? The salsa needs help.

My mom and I went to grab some wings and had to tell the waitress extra crispy because I hate to have send my food back. Wings were okay. The ladies there can not make drinks. We ate at the bar and we saw two roaches coming towards us while we eating.my mom flick the bugs over the counter and I tried telling the waitress like she didn’t understand. And I know she do. Plus every other time we come in some don’t add the gratuity, but today she did. This place needs to do better or your gonna lose more customers.

I’m very sorry, but this was a terrible dining experience. I considered leaving before my server even asked me what I’d like to drink. When I walked in, the employees were sitting at a booth and they just pointed to an empty table where I could sit. I sat at a dirty booth next to a booster seat my entire meal. The food had obviously been under a heat lamp for a while, and I know a frozen bag of fried rice with corn and peas when I see one. Truly disappointing.

Let’s start by saying this is my first time eating there. When I walked in the door, there was a podium where the host usually stands, but there were employees in the back milling around. I stood there for a few seconds, but no one ever greeted me. They just started whispering to each other, but no one came upfront. I should’ve turned around then. There was not a lot of people in. There may be about eight total and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. When I finally did ask someone where do I place my order, one of the whisperers pointed to the bar. At the bar the gentleman was speaking to one of the patrons, so I patiently waited. He handed me a menu and turns around to continue speaking to the patrons.
