This place is a hidden gem. Both location the one on New Rd and morris plains are very good. Food service and atomphere. The price is good and plenty of food. Never a bad meal here. Our favorites are the mix fajita the Cameron is à la Diablo floss chimichangas and the chicken Tortilla soup delicious you're sick that is the thing to order. I asked for jalapeño and cilantro on the side.

This restaurant’s interior is colorful and charming, with serapes as curtains and wall decorations, carved Mexican landscape scenes on the chairs, and pictures of Frida Kahlo. You can watch Telemundo or NBC on large screens. The food was fresh and flavorful. We had steak fajitas and a chicken burrito. Service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. We’ll be back!

Solid spot for Mexican food - we stopped in for lunch - service was excellent and the food was on point - Valentina was our waitress and she made we were well taken care of, she checked in with us a few times during the meal which I always appreciate when dining in at a restaurant. We had the veggie burrito and veggie fajitas - straight fire 10/10

Drove from Bergen County to try this place. Worth the drive, Chips and Salsa, Nachos with ground beef, combo fajitas,.. all very good. Best I’ve had since leaving Texas. Wish the drive was shorter but the service and atmosphere were great so, I’ll be back. About $25 per person.

We decided to make a quick stop at Las Leyendas and what a GREAT decision that was!!! Valentina our server was awesome, super attentive and especially detailed in describing food heat levels which I appreciated very much. But this place won me over with their FRESHLY made tortillas; which believe it or not is an option to pick from. The appetizers were amazing; we picked Guac and the Chorizo one. The freshness was so obvious that it was hard to stop eating. By the time our main courses came we were stuffed but it didn't stop us from enjoying them both. Portions great, taste was great and the service was great. The spot in itself was a little unnoticeable from the busy Route 10 highway but they are worth the trip!! Find this jewel location and enjoy authentic tasting Mexican food. The atmo
