Las Margaritas Mexican Cantina

We stopped here for an early lunch on Valentine's Day. They had a brunch special going at the time but we just opted just to get lunch. I had a hibiscus margarita, it was very good. My husband got the horchata; it was a much larger glass than expected. I got the chile relleno. I enjoyed it very much, the ranchero sauce was perfect with the cheese filling. My husband got the poblano enchiladas and said they were very good. Our waiter, Luis, suggested the guacamole with the complimentary chips and salsa. That too was excellent. We took home a lot of food. The bathrooms were clean and well kept.

Las Margaritas Mexican Cantina in Latham, NY is absolutely beautiful to the eye. Very modern, very spacious a beautiful place to have in any occasion. Friendly attentive staff from door to table. Their food on the other hand was a slight disappointment. I was served a chicken quesadilla with uncooked chicken inside, no bueno😳 We all know that leads to cross contamination/salmonella poisoning, no bueno. Las Margaritas Mexican Cantina, do better next time. Serve your food with the same standards that you decorate your establishment.

Luis was excellent! Very kind and got our order perfect! Assistant staff was also very helpful and kind. The food was amazing, as well as the margaritas! You get BIG drinks for a great price. I will be coming back here soon <3

Our waiter Angel was still in his first week but was still an incredible waiter! Very attentive, kind, and brought everything to the table quickly. Place was a pretty loud, but that's to be expected for 7pm on a Saturday night 😅 The food was incredible!! I'm a lifelong vegetarian and my dinner was delicious, and my mom and aunt are both gluten-free + enjoyed their meals too (especially since the menu has markers next to the gluten-free foods, which makes them easy to find!) My grandma especially loved the guacamole. Make sure to make a reservation if you're going between 5 and 8 on a weekend!!!

The atmosphere was so cool. They had cool lights, bubble walls, fun chairs and booths. The staff was very kind and always were checking up on you. They were fast and the food did not disappoint. It was fabulous. I had beef tacos and my husband had a burrito. They were fresh, hot and delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.
