Las Rocas Bar & Grill

We were greeted promptly as we walked in. We were seated immediately, it being during the week and a tad bit later than normal dinner time. Service was terrific! Food was phenomenal! We couldn't stop talking about it and comparing it to our favorite spots at home. We will definitely be back! Definitely found a new favorite! We ordered the bowl of guacamole to go with our chips and salsa (which had a tiny kick to it but not too much and was so good!) because I seen them walk by with one and it looked amazing. And it was! It was so fresh and so delicious, it could have been a meal on it's own lol I ordered the chicken fajitas. They were so flavorful and chicken was still so juicy, you could tell it was freshly cut and cooked chicken. Not pre packaged, pre seasoned, slightly dry or salty.

Delicious Mexican Restaurant. This restaurant has two sides, a bar area (open seating) and a restaurant side. The bar area had TV's and you normally find sports playing. Food taste like authentic Mexican. Service is friendly and quick. They are children friendly. I would recommend stopping if you are thinking about it.

Great spot. Stopped here on a road trip, had the shrimp fajitas, Chile relleno and a chicken taco, all were excellent. Salsa and chips delivered to your table the moment you sit down are a great touch.

Don't know what's happened here since the remodel, but it's not good. I've been twice since then. The umbrellas on the patio are gone, leaving it pretty much unusable. The service has been appalling. I waited 20 minutes on a slow day for a drink and when it came it was wrong. The server never came back with the drink, never took my food order, so I left. Second time my order has been wrong and service basically non existent. Chips are stale. Yuck.

The service was excellent, and the healthy tacos were very tasty. However, they did not provide us with another kind of sauce. The mole with chicken is not recommended as it lacks flavor and the chicken was grilled, not boiled.
