Please can I give a negative 10 stars? How is this company still in business? I live in an apartment and your drivers refuse to use the locker system. I have packages stolen and this company could not care less! I would be ashamed to be the CEO/owner. I have no idea why Anthropologie and Abercrombie use them. Maybe they’re cheap but shame on anyone keeping this joke of a company in business!

Ontrac is possibly the WORST carrier on the planet. The drivers don’t even try to deliver the packages correctly. My package has been out for delivery for 3 days now. I keep updating the delivery notes, but the drivers don’t read them. My partner’s package that was being delivered by them was delivered to the wrong place, and they won’t take ownership of the mistake. The chat service they offer is completely useless. If you have a package being delivered by them, you better pray hard that you get it.

First they said my package was delayed due to weather on 11/25, when it was supposed to arrive 11/24 when there were no weather events. The only thing that happened on 11/25 in Smyrna, GA, where they say my package is, was some rain. There was no rain on 11/26. 11/27 was Thanksgiving, so I didn’t bother. There was no rain on 11/28. They say the customer service hours of operation are M-F 8am-9pm Eastern and Sa-Su 8am-8pm. They say they are closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day. WHY, then, do they keep responding that a “live agent is not available at this time”? For HOURS! I need my package. I won’t need it after tomorrow. I have to spend my hard earned money on a replacement, and NOBODY is available to give me any real information.

Ki have been going back and forth with Lasership stating they delivered my package. Come to find out they never delivered to my door, but a door where I don’t know where it is. My door is the one with the address. I don’t even know where this other door is. Once I sent them this information via email I haven’t had a response. Check who your shipper used before agreeing to have them delivered. This company is HORRIBLE!!!

This company is ridiculous. They steal your packages and state “ Shipment Delayed - Insufficient Time to Complete Delivery”. The package wasn’t found. So the retailer reshipped a replacement order and I paid for express shipping this time, and the same thing happened!!! My package is “lost” again! How does a package magically disappear!!!
