My package was opened and my electronic were stolen out of my package!! U can see where they tried to tape the box back with clear tape! I hate this delivery service I would never use or recommend

absolutely terrible; only carrier that struggles to find my house. once had a package from them delivered to a completely different state. most recently had a package sent back to sender because they couldn’t find my house without my approval or any communication.

I ordered things for the house, and the delivery man, very professional, helped my mother with her packages. I was getting used to this fantastic service, but yesterday my package arrived damaged. I checked the security cameras, and it wasn't the same delivery man. A young woman threw my package, damaged everything inside, and stepped on my flowers. I don't know why this company changes drivers and puts the worst ones on the road, and I think they fire the best ones. I know clearly that Lasership contracts other companies, but this is awful.

What a terrible company! A horrible driver dropped the package. I asked him his name and he told me to shut up, stupid, in Spanish, as if he didn't know how. Horrible! This is the worst company with rude drivers. I prefer FedEx or another company. The manager here doesn't care about anything; he must be just like the drivers.

Should be a 0. This company never delivers my packages. There is always an issue and it always says the package was routed to the incorrect facility. I always verify my address and contact them through chat and the packages still never come. There is no customer service number to get through to a person. I always have to contact the retailer and get refunded which takes forever. It is infuriating. I don’t understand why companies use OnTrac I don’t even think it’s a real shipping company and it seems like they are just stealing packages. They should be out of business.
