Great customer service! 5 stars for that! They offer small samples of their drinks, to help you pick the perfect one for you! I got the iced caramel truffle latte (with an extra shot of espresso just bc it was a little sweet for my taste) & my son got the mocha cookie crumble frap. Both are yummy! & I really like the cup my iced latte came in! If you’re at Midland Mall, definitely stop by The Latte Factory!
Great place and service! My berry blast and mango refresher was delicious! Totally recommended!
Ordered the ice caramel truffle latte with sweet cream foam. So sweet and delicious! Would definitely come again!
Great service great drink bought 2 refreshers Mango is amazing , plus cups are cute will be going back try some latte or matcha .
