Lauderhill Central Park Library

Came today for a Diwali event. No parking. They have like 40 spots or less and all taken so I was just circling for a while. Finally went in and very underwhelming. The other Lauderhill library supersedes this one by far. The staff here isn't welcoming and do not seem approachable. First and last time because I don't want to experience this again. Literally walk pass the front desk 3x and upon leaving is when one of the two ladies sitting there asked if we needed help. I'm assuming she saw the looks on our faces. Idk idc. I've been to many Broward library locations even as far as the South Regional one multiple times and they are so friendly off rip. Was gonna give them a 2 star just because they were open lol but I reduced it to a 1. They need the supervisors to look and see what the issu

Quaint library and it is very quiet. A few solo work desks and plenty of computers to use. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again when I'm in the area and need a quiet workspace.

This is so sadden I went to the African American librarian he didn't want to help me I said to him can you help me he said they gone books but when I went to the white librarian he helped me went in the back and searched for the book I was looking for. never will I come to this libary branch again everytime I come inside the white women at the desk always gives me that snobish look always just snobish I dont know what's wrong with folks no type of customer service skills at all prefer to go to a different branch with nicer associaten very discusted here

I went to this library twice the first time the worker came up to me and was complaining about me been on computer in kids area when I was watching my son. The second time I brought both of my kids and I was in bathroom talking to my daughter and got approach by a rude security guard lady telling me to be quiet so I politely asked her who are you talking to I’m not no child so after that I didn’t feel comfortable been there so I told my kids we are leaving to go to the African American Library because its very kid-friendly and they have there own section in library away from adults and the woman bathroom always dirty at Lauderhill Library.
