Launch Family Entertainment Columbus

First time at Launch! Came because Kids Empire was incredibly packed and we wanted to have a fun family outing. Thank you Amyra for helping us out and getting us in for a good time. My husband and son had a great time playing dodgeball. We will return.

Easy birthday and everything was taken care of for us! The kids had a blast. We set up our decor and they did everything else! Thanks Landen for a good experience

We had a good time. It was my sons 5th birthday and the reason I gave it four stars is because he jumped off something the wrong way and he was limping for two days, but other than that, it was wonderful

We visited this past Saturday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Before coming, I checked online for small party packages, but since they started at 10 guests, we opted for a "walk-in" celebration instead. We brought cupcakes, a tablecloth, and a few gifts. At check-in, the staff was very friendly, asked if we were there for a birthday, and even wished my daughter a happy birthday. However, once we set up at a public table, a supervisor told us we had to remove our tablecloth and mentioned the front desk should have told us that. The supervisor said we could keep everything else but the tablecloth. My husband explained that the employee who checked us in never mentioned the rule, so he asked if we could keep it since we weren't informed. The supervisor had to go ask the manager, Bobbi,

This was only my second time coming to Launch and both times have been exemplary! We were helped by Bobbie and she helped us out so quickly and flawlessly while multi tasking but she made me feel like my son and I were important, and she answered all of my questions. We had an amazing time for his birthday! Thank you again Bobbie and Launch, very friendly and professional. We can’t wait to come back!
