Omg this was so amazing at Lava it was my birthday I turned 52 January 29th. Thank y'all so much for making it special. My daughter brought me . Everyone was so polite and customer service overtop. They turned down the music and played an birthday song and brought out this cheesecake it was so delicious with sparkles candles. They was singing Happy birthday. The food was so delicious. Food was really good. Service astonishingly terrible. We got on the waitlist and signed up for text updates, perfectly normal and we were informed it would be about an hour cool. We never got any text updates other than the initial you are on waitlist, again fine some places are like that. We constantly check what place we were in line and after about an hour it randomly changes to “thanks for dining with us” when we hadn’t even been seated yet… So we go up to the front desk to Eliza, the one who put us on the waitlist, and she claims that “we have been trying to contact you guys for an hour” oh really where were our text updates or a call or anything really other than a message after a link that told, 5 seconds before that we are 3rd in line? wow y’all really did your due diligence for su

Our server was very nice and attentive. I also came on a Tuesday evening so it wasn’t busy at all, I cant speak for the weekend. I liked all the food but, honestly my entree (wrap) was the least impressive. The watermelon drink was delicious, dessert as well.
