Lynn was amazing!! Food is amazing!!! Customer Service was great! I was worried at first as no one said anything when I first came in, but Lynn was there ready to take my order and answer all questions. She was friendly, nice, and she smiled warmly. She is an asset to any business!! Now the food is amazing! Fresh, hot and seasoned well! This place is a hidden gem. It may look a little rough but it’s worth every penny!! And they have original stadium seats from the 1996 Olympics in the restaurant! Just awesome! If you haven’t tried this place you must! Shrimp and wings are fantastic, I will have to work my way through more of the menu.

While the food particularly the B1 Shrimp Boil is consistently excellent and deserves recognition, the customer service is severely lacking and needs immediate attention. The young lady at the grocery counter demonstrates poor customer service skills. She avoids eye contact, seems distracted, and shows no sense of urgency or attentiveness toward customers. This kind of behavior gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. Equally concerning is the complete lack of engagement from the staff in the back. There are no greetings, no acknowledgment just silence. It creates an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere that makes customers feel unwelcome. As a person raised on the coast in Savannah and very well acquainted to seafood, the 10 piece shrimp with hush puppies hit not only the spot was very much like we get back home! Cooked to order, hot and delicious! I will be back again and next time for oysters!

First and foremost, their food is great, so if that's all you care about, great. However, their prices have increased and they are very slow. My mom and I ordered food, they said 15 mins, I came back 20 mins later and they still were not ready. Ridiculous. If you call in an order, it might work for you but otherwise I think they've become over priced and take way too long. I was very disappointed.

Unfortunately, it seems like NO ONE is supervising this restaurant? Food quality is the lowest I have seen so far. I ordered gumbo, fried cat fish, fries and rice. Gumbo: A hot water mix of spices. No meat, no sausage, a tea spoon of rice and three shripms. Cat fish: half fried. Someone took the fish out of fryer too early. Rice: were micro-waved to so long that rice left mark on foam food container. I am out of words. We spent $36, and received $2 worth of service. I hope, if there is any food quality manager, he/she try their own food and make some seriously needed improvements. It is sad but it is the truth.
