Incredible service, beautiful food presentations, and great wine list. They found a spot for me last min on a Saturday night and my server David was so helpful at pairing their wines with my food choices. Highly recommend their fois gras. Thanks Le Depot for a wonderful dinner experience on my short visit!

I love this place!! Tonight we had the raw scallops, thinly sliced in the shell and finished with truffle oil, and they were genuinely one of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The flavor was so delicate and fresh, and the truffle oil made it absolutely unforgettable. We also had their steak tartare, which is always phenomenal—perfectly seasoned, incredibly balanced, and consistently delicious every time we order it. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, the service is warm, and the food is on another level. I would recommend this place to all of my family members and anyone visiting Park City. It’s truly a must-try dining experience.

Le Depot had the coolest vibe and incredible food. I felt like I was back in France! We each opted for the 3 course menu so we got to try 6 different food options. I would absolutely eat here again. Fabrizio, our waiter, was kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. We were given options and accommodations for gluten-free dishes which was really refreshing for this food allergy.

Won’t be going back to dine anytime soon. Unless we want to be starving afterwards. My husband ordered the 4 course price fixe menu. The photo shows the main entree of duck breast. There was a scant piece of meat on the place with nothing else. The manager apologized and brought another “small sausage-sized” tidbit. Absolutely ridiculous. I had the beef dish accompanied by a morsel of potatoes gratin. The frisée salad and romaine salad were normal portion sizes and good. I am familiar with French restaurants in nyc. Their tiny portions are more filling than this restaurant. In France, the portions are large. LE Depot chef, fill the plates, please.

We’ve dined at Le Depot many times now, and every single visit has been an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in, the service is incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in creating a great experience. The food consistently arrives in a timely fashion, and everything we’ve tried has been fantastic. We’ve ordered a wide variety of dishes over multiple visits and have yet to find something we didn’t love. Just last night we tried the burger from the bar menu, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in Park City. And the desserts… don’t skip them. They are truly to die for.
