Le Jardin Caribbean Cafe

I recently visited Le Jardin Caribbean Cafe and had the fried goat with black rice, and let me tell you — it was amazing. The flavors were on point, well-seasoned, and tasted like real home-style Caribbean cooking. The black rice paired perfectly with the goat and was cooked just right. One small suggestion: don’t fry the goat too hard — when it’s tender with a little crisp, that’s when it really shines. Still very good overall. The pikliz was also really good — fresh, tangy, and it added the perfect bite to the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food with real flavor, Le Jardin Caribbean Cafe is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back for sure.

I got Tassot Turkey and it was fine but the rice was overcooked sadly. The pikliz is flavorful for sure. The fried turkey was only good fresh. It was fried too hard so if you take it home you won’t even want it anymore

The food came out pretty quick. I’ve had their food before and it’s usually good. Today I had Ragout pied bouef with mayi moulin ( cow foot) not many restaurants make this I see. It was ok. I needed some onions/peppers

My griot complete was delicious! Plenty of flavor, fresh and hot. The pikliz are nice and spicy just the way I like them. This was my first time here and I’ll be back for sure.

Don’t waste your money the food is not fresh.
